What's New: March 2022 Product Updates

As the winter sports start to wrap up their seasons in the UK and the summer sports begin their preseason, the Teamo team have had another busy month of product updates for you and your club members. We've also included a link to our New Season Help guide for those clubs just about to start their new season.

Setting up a new season

Creating a new season allows you to start collecting membership subscriptions for the following year by copying your products over, as well as copying all teams, groups and player data across.
We have put together a handy help guide which explains the steps you need to take in order to successfully set up your new season in the app. Take a look and download it here.

NEW: Edit Club Roles

We have added a greater selection of different access rights to reflect the variety of positions volunteers hold within their clubs. The permissions include an option for treasurers and safeguarding officers, as well as those who may need specific access to events and club calendars. These permissions can be assigned by going to Manage Club > Manage Club Roles. From here you can either edit a current admin user's access or add a member into a new club role.

NEW: Team and Individual Calendars

It's now possible to view specific team and individual calendars on mobile and desktop. To use this function on mobile you need to make sure you are running the latest version of the app and the admins need to have turned on the latest app design for users. Admins can do this by heading to Manage Club > App Design > Select who can see the updated app design

Using the search bar, admins can now look at the calendar for any specific team within the club. Managers, captains and players are able to search for calendars specific to their teams, and guardians are able to search for member specific calendars, i.e. only their own calendar, or one of their dependents' calendars.

NEW: Stats in Teamo 2

We're excited to announce that player stats are now accessible directly from the Teamo app and Teamo on desktop.

To get an overview of the whole squad's statistics, you just need to head to The Club > Select the relevant team > select Full Player Stats, found just below the Team Stats.

You can also view your own stats, including a breakdown by team, simply by clicking on your profile picture > My Profile > Stats. As an admin or manager, you can also look at individual player stats by searching for them in your contacts or by using the new search bar at the top of the app.

As well as providing a bit of healthy competition, this will be particularly useful as the winter sports reach the back end of their season and need specific information for selection decisions.

Chase incomplete reg forms by email

We know how important it is to make sure you've collected all the registration and member information that you need. We've added in an option to easily chase all those with incomplete registration forms via email just in case they haven't yet got the app downloaded. Heads to the Members Center > click on the small cogs on the right hand side > Chase Reg forms

That's all for now! We love to hear your feedback so please get in touch and share your comments!
